1. Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with this website is:

Lavivee GmbH
Sternenmattstrasse 1
CH-6318 Walchwil
Switzerland

Email: gaby.rosenberg@gmx.ch
Telephone: +41 79 341 9887
Commercial Register Number: CHE-131.679.830

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how personal data may be processed when you visit the LAVIVEE website, contact us, or use functions that are made available through the website.

Lavivee GmbH is established in Switzerland. Swiss data protection law applies to our processing where relevant. Where the website is offered to persons in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation may also apply.

3. Website access and technical data

When a website is accessed, technical data can be processed in order to deliver the requested pages, maintain security, identify technical faults and protect the website against misuse.

Such data can include the IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, browser type, operating system, referring page and technical request or error information.

We process this information only for legitimate technical, security and operational purposes and retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law.

4. Contact requests

If you contact us by email or through a contact function that is enabled on the website, we may process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, subject, message and related communication data.

We use this information to respond to your request, provide support and, where relevant, take steps connected with a potential or existing contractual relationship.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use technically necessary cookies, local storage or similar technologies where required to provide a requested function, maintain a session, protect the website or remember a technical setting.

No specific non-essential analytics, advertising or consent-management provider has been confirmed for the current implementation. If non-essential cookies or comparable technologies are introduced, the required information and consent choices must be provided before or when those technologies are activated.

6. Shop, cart and payment functions

The website may display shop, cart or product-discovery functions. A visible interface does not by itself mean that online checkout or payment processing is active.

If ordering, checkout or payment services are activated, the privacy policy must be updated to identify the relevant processing, recipients and payment or commerce providers before personal data is processed through those services.

7. Newsletter and marketing communications

If a newsletter subscription or other marketing communication service is activated, personal data such as an email address may be processed for that purpose only in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

Any active newsletter provider and the corresponding processing details must be added to this policy when such a service is introduced.

8. Analytics and third-party services

No specific analytics provider has been confirmed for the current website implementation. This policy therefore does not identify any analytics service as currently active.

If analytics, advertising, scheduling, CRM or other third-party services are introduced, this policy must be updated with the required information about those services and their data processing.

9. Social media links

The website may contain links to external social media services. When you follow such a link, you leave the LAVIVEE website. The operator of the external service is responsible for its own processing of personal data.

10. Service providers and recipients

Personal data may be disclosed to service providers where this is necessary for hosting, technical operation, security, support or another function that you request. Lavivee GmbH remains responsible for selecting service providers with appropriate data-protection safeguards where required by law.

Data may also be disclosed where required by law, a court order or a competent public authority.

11. International data transfers

If personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection, appropriate legal safeguards will be used where required. The applicable transfer mechanism depends on the destination, recipient and legal framework.

12. Data retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for the establishment or defence of legal claims, or to comply with legal retention duties.

13. Your rights

Subject to the applicable law and its conditions, you may have rights including access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In Switzerland, the competent federal authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Persons protected by the GDPR may also contact the competent supervisory authority in the European Economic Area.

14. Data security

We use appropriate organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy when the website, our services, legal requirements or the service providers used by LAVIVEE change. The current version will be published on this page.
